I just got back from my break late last night! I spent the week near Carmel with my siblings, parents, grandparents and cousins. The whole gang was there! Being away at college has really made me appreciate my family more than usual. I have become more aware of the things they do for me and of the support they give. Family is the most important thing on this life and they can help you overcome anything.
The funny story for the week happened on Thanksgiving Day. The power went out in all of the beach houses so we couldn't cook the Thanksgiving dinner! We ended up going out for pizza (which I actually prefer) and had a great time. I think I might start that tradition for my family.
